In a career spanning 20+ years, Ross Weintraub has overseen hundreds of series for broadcast, cable and streaming platforms, domestically and internationally, and more than $1 billion in production. 

Weintraub is CEO of 3BMG, a creative and production enterprise housing numerous joint ventures run by both well-established and emerging producers. Under Weintraub’s guidance, 3BMG offers its JVs an environment where producers and founders can flourish as creatives and entrepreneurs, with the parent company focused on fostering growth and providing essential infrastructure and support services.

Operating under the 3BMG banner is 3 Ball Productions (Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron LegendBar Rescue); Jeff Jenkins Productions (Bling EmpireMy Unorthodox Life); Parabolic Content (Guardians of the GladesThe Ghost Town Terror); and Superluna Studios, the new venture launched by unscripted veteran Johnny Gould.

As CEO, Weintraub is responsible for all strategic development and operations at 3BMG, and oversees 3BMG’s entire roster of projects, serving as a business and creative partner to each of the JV presidents.  

Current series include Netflix’s Bling Empire and My Unorthodox Life franchises, as well as new hit series Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend; Paramount ‘s long-running Bar Rescue; Amazon’s Tampa Baes; CBS’s competition format Come Dance with Me with LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell; Discovery’s Guardians of the Glades, and many others in various stages of production and development across the group.

Prior to creating and launching 3BMG, Weintraub was CEO of 3 Ball Entertainment, the pioneering production company behind mega-hits like The Biggest Loser, Extreme Weight Loss, Bar Rescue, and Beauty and The Geek, among many other shows. He previously was chief operating officer at Eyeworks USA and also served as SVP at Nash Entertainment.
